Jeroen DeBeijer

Roffa Interim and Consulting was founded by Jeroen DeBeijer, a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 20 years of experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Based just outside of New York City in Mountain Lakes, NJ, Jeroen has a proven track record in both listed and PE-backed multinational organizations, specializing in post-merger integration, M&A, talent strategy, HR technology, organizational design, talent acquisition and retention, performance management and labor relations.

Jeroen most recently served as the Chief People and Culture Officer at TerrAscend, a Canadian listed Multi-State Operator in Cannabis where he was driving strategic growth initiatives and ignited the organizational culture for a workforce of over 1,200 employees across multiple states in the USA.

Previously, Jeroen held key leadership roles at Refresco Beverages, the company that moved him to the United States as part of their expansion into new continents. At Refresco Beverages, he spearheaded talent strategies, supported labor relations, and actively worked on several organizational redesigns and M&A integrations both in Europe and the United States.

Jeroen started his career at Hay Group (now Korn/Ferry), where he grew his analytical skills and found his passion for organizational design and (Executive) reward strategies. He also worked at Capgemini Consulting, where he further developed his strategic and program management skills. In the Netherlands, Jeroen had for several years successfully run his consulting firm called MadeforReward.

Jeroen holds an LLM in Labor and Company Law from Utrecht University, with further executive training from Erasmus Business School and Capgemini University. He is also an experienced instructor and lecturer in HR and a passionate volunteer in youth sports, embodying his commitment to leadership and community.
